16th May 2012: Alpha Data Announces our first Xilinx® Kintex-7 Mezzanine Card

The successful ADM-XRC series of XMC Mezzanine Cards has been extended to include another platform based on the latest Xilinx® Kintex-7 family. The ADM-XRC-7K1 is based on the XCK325T-FFG900 device and features 1600MT/s DDR3 memory and a Gen2 x4 PCI Express® bridge.

The XMC board also provides flexible I/O via front panel adapters provide support for applications including:

  • Radar and Sonar Processing
  • Software Defined Radio (SDR)
  • Reconfigurable Computing
  • Telecommunication Encryption/Compression
  • Image Processing
  • Electronic Intelligence (ELINT)

30th Apr 2012: Alpha Data Inc. is awarded a GSA Schedules contract to simplify procurement for US Government customers

"Alpha Data Inc. is pleased to announce that the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has awarded Alpha Data Inc. a Multiple Award Schedule contract (MAS) on IT Schedule 70 (Contract # GS-35F-0323Y). Under the five year contract, Alpha Data Inc. will be listed as a government-approved vendor and can provide powerful reconfigurable technology to U.S. federal, state, and local governments.
